The 63-year-old, highly successful actress just opened a ping-pong club. LOL! If that’s not the coolest thing ever than we don’t know what is!

Susan Sarandon has had a crazy couple years full of divorce, mother-child tattoos, and scandalous tabloid rumors, and she opens up about all of it in a recent interview…

On her breakup with Tim Robbins:

“The nation mourned. I had a lot of people who came up to me and were not as upset as I was–but were definitely upset. I did feel a sense of responsibility, because I knew that people had a certain idea of how I was and who we were. And in that sense …” She cuts herself off. “But on your deathbed, it’s not really going to matter how those people felt.”

On mother-child tattoos:

Lately, they’ve been getting tattoos with their mother. First, Eva got the Latin word “conscientia” printed in an old-fashioned typewriter font. Jack considered getting a classic mom-heart tattoo on his chest, but Sarandon treated him to an image of Ganesh instead. On Sarandon’s spine, her children’s initials scroll down, printed in the New York Times font. And above her wrist, there’s a spiky band formed by the blue letters ANDAND: “A New Dawn A New Day.” That one hurt a lot, she says.

Jonathan Bricklin (her business partner) on rumors that he and Sarandon are dating:

“No,” he says. “No, no. But we spend a lot of time together–a lot of time.” He’s adjusted to the tabloids. “I don’t read the papers that often, but I walk by and I kind of scoff at whoever’s there. So when the equivalent happened to me, I was just horrified. And then I got over it, a day later. Business was notably better from the first article on. I mean, I’m happy as shit if that sells things.

His restaurants may be folding left and right, but chef Gordon Ramsay has a bright future in TV.

Fox announced today that Gordon’s latest culinary competition show, Master Chef, has been picked up for a second season. Calling Gordon an “incredible talent,” Mike Darnell, President of Alternative Entertainment, explained that the show was a big hit with summer viewers and that the Fox family is “happy” to keep Gordon for a bit longer.

So what is that, like, three shows on the air now? By now, you should have enough dough to take care of all your money problems! Investors will surely love to hear that!

The famewhoring mother of the century has already released a statement regarding the comment Judge Damian Murray made during Snooki Snickers‘ trial where he called the Jersey Shore star a “wannabe Lindsay Lohan.”

Dina says:

“The family is very disappointed that a judge would say that in a court of law.”

And we imagine Murray would respond to that with, “And the law is very disappointed that you’d exploit and ruin your daughter to the point where her constant trainwreck status has become a reference point for other drunks.”

LOLs!

On an upcoming episode of The Middle, Patricia Heaton will share some screen time with her friend and frightfully funny fictional mother-in-law from Everybody Loves Raymond, Doris Roberts.

Doris will guest star on the shows as one of the kid’s teachers and let’s just say, the ladies still don’t see eye to eye, even on a different network!

We’re sure fans are excited to see them together again! But then again, does anyone actually watch The Middle?

Thespian lovers were treated to a surprise last night at The Broadway Theatre!

Ellen Degeneres joined stars Kristin Chenoweth and Sean Hayes for a surprise cameo in their show Promises, Promises! The bit, which involved Ellen appearing as a nurse in a sick-room, will air on Ellen’s talk show when it starts up later this month!

We can’t wait to see how Cheno reacted to her pal just showing up! Hopefully they kept it together!

After spending seven weeks on the Hot 100 with his single Love the Way You Lie, Eminem has been dethroned by Katy Perry.

Katy will have back-to-back No. 1s as Teenage Dream tops the charts! And it’ll be her second week at the top of the Digital Charts!

We don’t know who should be more insulted: Snooki for being compared to Lindsay Lohan or Lindsay Lohan for becoming the standard by which other celebs are judged by?! (We’re going with Snooki!)

This afternoon, The Jersey Shore star stood in front of Judge Damian Murray in Seaside Heights, NJ, who basically tore into her for being a wastey case last July.

The judge wasted no time letting her know exactly what he thought of her drunken antics, calling her “rude and self-indulgent” and suggesting that she was trading her “dignity for a paycheck.” He then laid in to her with the “Lindsay Lohan wannabe” comment, before finding her guilty of being criminally annoying.

The charge could have landed her in the jail for the recommended 90 days just like LiLo, but unlike LiLo, the judge let Snooki slide with just 2 days community service and a $533 fine.

$533, that’s it? That’s her bar bill at Karma! Girl got off pretty easy!

When the judge was finished, Snooki addressed the court to apologize for her behavior and confessed that she was “very embarrassed” about what happened.

Water under the bridge now, BB! But hopefully, you’ve learned something from this – you don’t need to drink so much all the time! When Jersey Shore is over, then you might want to knock back a few bottles of Jack!

What?! Then she can be on Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew! She wouldn’t even have to change networks!
